Coffee is a tool. It is a pleasure. It is a habit. It is not a personality, and it is not proof that you are “bad at energy.”
Adults stack cups the way they stack tabs. The first one is the morning. The second is a meeting. The third is 3 p.m. trying to sound like 9 a.m. Then sleep gets thinner, and tomorrow’s first cup has to work harder. That loop is common. It is not a moral.
You can notice the loop without a dramatic quit. When is the last cup. What happens if the afternoon one is water and a walk instead. What happens if breakfast exists so coffee is not doing two jobs. Small questions. No manifesto.
If caffeine makes your heart race, wrecks sleep, or sits next to other symptoms you cannot explain, that is clinician territory. Do not let a website set your dose.
We will keep coffee in the energy notes because it is already in the day. We will not make it the villain or the hero. It is a cup. The day is larger.
